MEET THE CAPE FRONTIER TEAM
Andrew has an Honours Degree in Nature Conservation and after working as a Conservation Manager for a local game reserve entered the estate agency business as an agricultural sales specialist in 2008. Andrew’s background in ecology, game and vegetation management enable his clients to make informed property investments.
Dave, can in his career boast being Sales Director for Volkswagen A.G. (Germany) Asia Pacific Region and Sales Director of Volkswagen of South Africa. Dave has been involved in the estate agency business since 2003 and brings a wealth of experience in sales and business acumen to Cape Frontier Properties.
Shane returned to South Arica in 2013 after working in London for 13 years. Her last position was as Global Markets Graduate Recruitment Manager for Deutsche Bank. Since then she has been highly successful in the local property market. Shane prides herself on delivering professional and timely services to her clients.
A game farmer from the Cradock area. Rich has been a Professional Hunter and Outfitter since 1991 and has successfully owned and run an irrigation property on the banks of the Fish River. Rich brings a wealth of practical farming experience and a keen knowledge of the area, it’s farmers and farms.
Sarah, originally from Durban has a Diploma in Ecotourism Management but decided to focus in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector. She has experience in this industry for over 12 years from working on a few game reserves and proceeded to gain knowledge running luxury guesthouses over the past 10 years in Kenton On Sea.
Cape Frontier Properties has its office in the main road (Kenton Road) of Kenton on Sea in the Eastern Cape. Geographically our core focus on the farm market is on the Greater Albany Area, from Port Elizabeth in the West, to the Fish River in the East and Cradock in the North. On the residential offering is concentrated in Kenton on Sea, Bushman’s River Mouth, Cannon Rocks, Boknes and Kasouga.
